| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde teknolojinin gelişmesine bağlı olarak işletmelerde yapılan hile ve suiistimaller giderek artmıştır. Bununla birlikte bu yolsuzlukların önüne geçilebilmesi için adli muhasebeye olan ihtiyaç da aynı doğrultuda artış göstermiştir. Adli muhasebe dünya da uzun yıllardır uygulanan muhasebe, denetim, psikoloji, hukuk gibi birçok disiplinle ilişkili konuları kapsamakta ve mahkemeye intikal etmiş olayların açığa çıkarılmasında aynı zamanda hile ve suiistimallerin önlenmesinde çözüm aracı olmuştur. Hile ise işletme kaynaklarının bilinçli bir şekilde çalınması ve ya suiistimal edilmesidir. Hilenin özellikle işletmeler için büyük maddi kayıplara yol açtığı genel olarak kabul edilmektedir. | |
