| dc.description.abstract | Kompleks bölgesel ağrı sendromu (KBAS), erişkinlerin yanı sıra pediatrik yaş grubunu da etkileyen kronik ağrılı bir durumdur. Pediatrik KBAS kızlarda daha sık görülür. Etkilenen ekstremitede allodini, hiperaljezi, vazomotor, sudomotor ve trofik değişiklikler gözlenir. Tanı; semptomlar ve klinik bulgulara dayanır. Erken tanı prognoz açısından oldukça önemlidir. Pediatrik KBAS tedavisinde altın standart bir prosedür yoktur. Başlangıçta psikososyal tedaviler, iş uğraşı tedavisi, fizyoterapi ve gerekirse farmakolojik tedavi kullanılırken bu tedavilere yanıtsız hastalarda invaziv prosedürlerden yararlanılır. Bu derlemede pediatrik KBAS hastalarında tedavi yaklaşımları gözden geçirilecektir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is a chronic painful condition that affects the pediatric population as well as adults. Pediatric CRPS is more common in girls. Allodynia, hyperalgesia, vasomotor, sudomotor and trophic changes are observed in the affected limb. Diagnosis is based on symptoms and clinical signs. Early diagnosis is very important for prognosis. There is no gold standard procedure for pediatric CRPS treatment. While psychosocial treatments, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and if necessary pharmacological treatment are used at the beginning; invasive procedures are utilized in patients who do not respond to these treatments. In this review, treatment approaches in pediatric CRPS patients will be examined. | |
