Özet
Gelenekselden moderne geçiş sürecinde geçiş toplumlarında geleneksel değerler ve kurumların modernleşmeye direndiği ve engel teşkil ettiği görülmektedir. Modernleşme ve gelenek arasındaki ilişki, çatışma ve dışlama ilişkisine dönebilmektedir. Türkiye’deki modernleşme süreci düşünüldüğünde, modernleşme kavramı ile birlikte toplumsal yapıda gerçekleşen büyük değişimler, şehirleşme, köyden kente göç gibi olgular sınıf çatışmalarını beraberinde getirmiştir. Özellikle televizyon kültürünün yaygınlaşması ve farklı hayat tarzlarının varlığının her eve girmeye başlamasıyla birlikte geleneksel bir yaşam tarzına sahip olan bireyler bile, hayatlarında küçük değişiklikler yaparak adetlerini değiştirme çabasına girmiş, bu durumda alt üst sınıf kavramlarının kesin çizgileri bulanıklaşmaya başlamış, ara sınıflar ve kültürler doğmuştur. Bu çalışma, geleneksel ile modern olanın çatışmasını ele alan Yalan Dünya adlı durum komedisi üzerinden Türkiye’deki büyük şehir ve kültür algısındaki karışıklığı modernleşme kuramı üzerinden ele alarak, geleneksel ve modern aile kavramının nasıl çatıştığı üzerinde durmayı amaçlamaktadır.
It is seen that traditional values and institutions resist modernization and constitute an obstacle in the transition societies during the transition from traditional to modern. The relationship between modernization and tradition can return to the relationship of conflict and exclusion. In particular, with the spread of television culture and the existence of different lifestyles, even individuals with a traditional lifestyle started to change their customs by making small changes in their lives. In this case, the precise lines of the upper and lower class concepts began to blur, intermediate classes and cultures were born. When considering the modernization process in Turkey it might be seen that great changes occurred in the social structure with the concept of modernization, urbanization, rural-urban migration has brought class conflict in its wake. Yalan Dünya Tv series which deals with the conflict between traditional and modern discusses confusion and the cultural perception in big cities in Turkey in the framework of the concept of traditional and modern families.
