| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde gelişmişlik düzeyi ne olursa olsun işsizlik, meydana getirdiği sosyoekonomik sonuçlar itibariyle bütün toplumların en önemli sorunlarından biridir. Özellikle son günlerde dünyada yaşanan finansal krizin sosyo-ekonomik hayata yansımalarından biriside işsizliğin genel olarak artmış olmasıdır. İşsiz kitlelerin artışı toplumsal barış ve istikrar açısından ciddi bir tehdit unsurudur. Bugün, istikrarı tehdit eden boyutlara ulaşan işsizlik, Türkiye’nin de en önemli sosyal ve ekonomik sorunlarının odak noktasıdır. Türkiye, yapısal sorunlarının yanı sıra ekonomide uygulanmakta olan IMF destekli istikrar politikalarının da etkisiyle, her geçen gün daha da ağırlaşan işsizlik sorunuyla karşı karşıyadır. Bu sorunun önlenmesi yönünde politikaların geliştirilmesi için işsizliğin özelliklerinin belirlenmesi büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de işsizliğin yapısı iktisadi faaliyet kolu, cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim, meslek ve iş arama süresi dikkate alınarak incelenecek ve işsizliğin önlenmesine yönelik politikalara değinilecektir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Today, unemployment is one of the most important problem of all societies in any socio-economical development level due to the socio-economical results it created. Especially, one of the reflection of recent financial crisis living in the world to the socioeconomic life is an increase in unemployment in general. Increase in unemployed block is an threat element for social peace and stability. Today unemployent which as great as a threat for stability is also the focus point of the most important socio-economical problems of Turkey. Turkey is face to face with an unemployment also by the effects of stability programmes supported by IMF geting heavier day by day in addition to some structural problems of Turkey. Determining the specification of unemployment is very important for making policies preventin this problem. In this study, unemployment will be investigated by taking into consideration also the structure, activity branch, gender, age, education, job and time period of looking for job and also point to the policies to prevent unemployment. | |
