| dc.description.abstract | Performans değerleme işletmelerin karar verme olanaklarını geliştirmektedir. Bu bakımdan yönetim muhasebesi konuları arasında önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Performans değerleme konusunda çok sayıda model bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle literatürdeki bu modeller incelenmiştir. Sonra sanayi işletmeleri üzerine bir araştırma yapılmış ve sonuçları analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışma örgüt yapısı ve performans değerleme araçları kullanımı arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Performans değerleme araçlarının kullanımı bağımlı değişkendir. İşletmenin karakteristikleri; biçimselleşme ve merkezileşme değişkenleri ile işlevselleştirilmektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Performance evaluation, developing firms of opportunities in decision-making. In this regard, an important place among the subjects of management accounting. There are many model of performance evaluation. In study firstly examined these models in the literature. Then made a research on industrial firms and the results were analyzed This study aims to investigate relations among organizational structure and the usage of Performans evaluation tools. In this study, as firm’s characteristics are considered as independent variables, the usages of performance evaluation tools are considered as a dependent variable. Firm’s characteristics are operationalized by using formalization and centralization. | |
