| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmanın temel amacı üniversite öğrencilerinin mobil sağlık ve kişisel sağlık kayıtlarına ilişkin tutumunu araştırmaktır. Çalışmada ayrıca bu tutumlarının kişisel özelliklerine göre değişip değişmediğini saptamak da amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaçlar doğrultusunda 31 ifadeden oluşan bir ölçüm aracı ile 268 kişiden yüz yüze anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmış ve veriler SPSS 20.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde frekans, güvenilirlik testi, aritmetik ortalama, faktör analizi, bağımsız tek örnek t testi ve ANOVA analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Analizler neticesinde mobil sağlık ve kişisel sağlık kaydı yönetimine ilişkin tutumun genel olarak olumlu olduğu ve mobil sağlık ve kişisel sağlık kaydı yönetimine ilişkin tutumun dört boyuttan oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir. Diğer yandan mobil sağlık ve kişisel sağlık kaydı yönetimine ilişkin tutumun çeşitli kişisel değişkenlere göre farklılaştığı saptanmıştır. Söz konusu teknolojilere yönelik tutumun olumlu olması ve ayrıca mobil teknolojilerin kullanımının yaygın olması gibi nedenlerle mobil iletişim teknolojilerinin yakın gelecekte sağlık hizmetlerine erişim sağlamak amacıyla daha fazla kullanılabileceği anlaşılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The main aim of thestudy is toin vestigate the opinions of university students towards mobile healthand personalheal threcords. The study also aimstode termine whether these attitudes have change daccording totheir personal characteristics. Data were collected by means of a face tofa cequestion naire with 268 individuals. Data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 program. Inthe analysis of thedata, frequency, reliability test, arithmetic mean, factor analysis, independent samplet test and ANOVA analyzes wereused. As a result of the analyzes, it was determined that the opinion towards mobile healt hand personal health record management was generally positive. The opinion towards mobile healt hand personal health record management consists of four dimensions. On the other hand, the opinion towards mobile health and personal heal the cord management differs according to various personal variables. It has been understood that mobile communication technologies may be used more toprovide Access to health care services in the near future dueto the positive attitude towards technologyand the wide spread use of mobile technologies. | |
