Özet
Günümüzde dijital dönüşüm sadece işletmeler açısından değil yaşamın her alanında varlığını derinden hissettiren bir olgudur. Dolayısıyla hangi büyüklükte bir işletme olursa olsun, dijital dönüşümü gerçekleştirilmeli, ürün ve hizmetlerini dijital ortamlarda sunabilecekleri şekilde işletme stratejilerini güncellemelidirler. Bu çalışma kapsamında Elisa Bistro Cafe adlı işletme üzerinden örnek bir uygulama gerçekleştirilmiş ve dijital dönüşüm uygulamasının teknik aşamaları ile uygulama sonrasında işletme için yarattığı değeri ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu dönüşümün gerçekleşmesi için işletmeye bir web sitesi hazırlanmıştır. Aynı zamanda sosyal medyada etkin bir kullanıcı kitlesi olduğundan Facebook Sayfalarda işletme sayfası oluşturulmuş ve işletmenin reklamları bu platform üzerinden yayımlamıştır. Bunlarla birlikte işletmenin Google arama sonuçlarında etkin bir görünüm elde edilebilmesi için Google Benim İşletmem platformu üzerinden işletme profili oluşturulmuş ve böylece Google Aramalar ve Haritalarda işletme onaylı bir şekilde bulunabilir konuma gelmiştir. Çalışmanın sonunda işletme, web sitesi üzerinden 186 kişiye erişim sağlamıştır. Facebook Sayfalar üzerinden yayınlanan reklamlar sayesinde işletme, 151.699 kişiye erişim sağlayarak bu kişilerden 2.459'una telefon aramaları üzerinden ürünlerini ulaştırmıştır. Ayrıca Google Benim İşletmem profili üzerinden 8.158 kişiye erişim sağlanmış olup, 133 kişi telefon aramaları üzerinden işletmeyle iletişim haline geçmişlerdir. Sonuç olarak bu çalışma kapsamında gerçekleştirilen dijital dönüşüm uygulaması işletmenin konumu ve potansiyeli açısından başarılı olmuştur.
Today, digital transformation is a phenomenon that makes its presence felt deeply not only in terms of businesses but also in all areas of life. Therefore, regardless of the size of a business, digital transformation should be carried out and they should update their business strategies so that they can present their products and services in digital environments. Within the scope of this study, an exemplary application was carried out on the business named Elisa Bistro Cafe and it was aimed to reveal the technical stages of the digital transformation application and the value it created for the business after the application. In order to realize this transformation, a website has been prepared for the company. At the same time, since there is an active user base in social media, a business page was created on Facebook Pages and the ads of the business were published on this platform. In addition, a business profile was created on the Google My Business platform in order for the business to have an effective appearance in Google search results, and thus, the business can be found in Google Searches and Maps in an approved manner. At the end of the study, the business provided access to 186 people through its website. Thanks to the advertisements published on Facebook Pages, the company reached 151,699 people and delivered its products to 2,459 of these people via phone calls. In addition, 8,158 people were accessed through the Google My Business profile, and 133 people contacted the business via phone calls. As a result, the digital transformation application carried out within the scope of this study has been successful in terms of the location and potential of the enterprise.
