Abstract
Çalışma kapsamında, AB Politikalarının Aksaray İlimizde uygulanması halinde ne gibi uygulamalar olabileceği irdelenmiş, 2013 sonrası yeni programlama dönemi için Aksaray’daki fırsatlar göz önüne serilerek, Aksaray’ın kapsam içine alınmasının önemi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla, öncelikle AB Kırsal Kalkınma Politikası ve bu kapsamda Kırsal Turizm Politikaları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Türkiye’nin Kırsal Kalkınma Politikaları incelenmiş ve Türkiye'de Kırsal Turizmle ilgili mevzuat değerlendirilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, Türkiye’de AB politikalarının uygulanması halinde bunun Aksaray ilimize ne şekilde yansıyacağı üzerine bir değerlendirme yapılmış ve atılması gerekli adımlarla ilgili gerekli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
Within the scope of this paper, the implementation of EU policies in our city, what practices can be examined in Aksaray, opportunities of Aksaray for the new programming period after 2013 laid into consideration. For this purpose, the EU Rural Development Policy and Rural Tourism Policies in this context is evaluated and provided information on this issue. In the second chapter, Rural Development Policies and Rural Tourism in Turkey are evaluated. In the third chapter, the implementation of EU policies in Turkey and what it focuses on applications such as facilities in Aksaray is given, steps to take the necessary measures to be taken were discussed.
