Özet
Yönetim bilimi öğretiminde yazılı materyal (ders kitabı vb.) kullanılabileceği gibi, sözlü bir şekilde de bilgi aktarımı sağlanabilir. Bununla birlikte, bir kuramı veya kavramı öğrenme onun görsel olarak algılanması ile de bağımlıdır. Eğer bir öğrenciye, bir kavramı veya kuramı kalıcı bir şekilde öğretmek istiyorsak bu kavramların veya kuramların problem çözümleri ile uygulanışını göstermek başlıca yollardan biri olabilir. Bu yollardan en önemlilerinden biri de filmlerdir. Teorik bilgi aktarımı yanı sıra teorinin görsel materyalle desteklenmesine örnek olarak filmler, belgeseller gösterilebilir. Filmlerdeki karakterler, yönetimdeki pek çok kavramın eğlenceli ve dramatik örnekleridir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, yönetim bilimi eğitimi aracı olarak filmlerin nasıl kullanılabileceğini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmek için ele alınan filmler yönetimin özü olan işbölümü, otorite, hiyerarşi kavramları ve yönetim örgüt kuramları açısından incelenmiştir. Çalışmada bir yandan bu kavramlara ve kuramlara ilişkin teorik bilgi aktarılmış diğer yandan bu bilgilerin filmlerdeki yerlerine vurgu yapılarak, öğrencilerin gördükleri ile bildiklerini nasıl analiz edebileceklerine yönelik sonuçlar çıkarılmıştır. Filmler aracılığıyla yönetim bilimi eğitiminin nasıl gerçekleştirilebileceği Modern Zamanlar ve Karınca Z filmleri üzerinden anlatılmıştır. Çalışma, literatür taramasının yanı sıra filmlerin araç olarak kullanılması ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma ile varılan sonuç, yönetim bilimi öğretiminde teorik bilginin öğrencinin zihninde kalıcılaştırılmasında filmlerin önemli birer araç olarak kullanılabileceğidir.

If you want to teach to illustrate the application of these concepts or theories, this visual material is a good instrument. The characters in movies are fun and dramatic example of the many concepts in management. The aim of this study is to demonstrate how films can be used as a management science education tool. For this purpose, films were examined in terms of organization and management theory and the division of labor, authority, hierarchy concepts. How to perform management science education throught film? We can use Modern Times and Ant Z. The study was carried out using the literature as well as films of the vehicle. The conclusions reached by the study, films can be used as an important tool for teaching theoretical knowledge in management science.
