For pre-school children to communicate, to share feelings with their teachers; allows them to create a strong bond with the teacher and teacher trust. For this reason, for pre-school teachers to be the individuals who can communicate accurately and effectively with children has great importance. In the study, it was aimed to determine the level of communication skills of pre-school education teachers with the children and to examine communication skills in terms of various variables in the province of Aksaray. The scanning model conducted with 304 pre-school education teachers who working in independent and private preschools and kindergarten within elementary school, middle school and high school in the academic year 2014-2015, in the province of Aksaray. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach by using the teacher-child communication scale and a personal information form.
