Şehirdeki ulaşım altyapısının, özellikle yoğun saatlerde ve bazı bölgelerde, yolcu taleplerini karşılamakta yetersiz kaldığı belirlenmiştir. Otobüs hatlarının kapasitesinin yetersizliği, eskiyen altyapı ve trafik yoğunluğu gibi sorunlar, toplu taşıma sisteminin etkinliğini olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu çalışma, mevcut hatların kapasitesinin artırılması, trafik yönetiminin iyileştirilmesi, çevre dostu ulaşım araçlarının kullanılması ve yolcuların güvenlik ile konforunun artırılması gerektiğini vurgulamaktadır. Ayrıca, toplu taşıma sistemlerinin sürdürülebilirliğini sağlamak için elektrikli otobüslerin kullanımı ve şehirdeki altyapının modernize edilmesi önerilmektedir. Çalışma, toplu taşıma sisteminin verimliliğini artıracak, çevresel etkilerini azaltacak ve yolcu memnuniyetini artıracak çözüm önerileri sunmaktadır.This study aims to analyze the current public transportation system in the city and propose improvements to increase its efficiency and address urban transportation issues. It has been identified that the transportation infrastructure, especially during peak hours and in certain areas, fails to meet passenger demands. Issues such as insufficient bus capacity, outdated infrastructure, and traffic congestion negatively impact the effectiveness of the public transportation system. The study emphasizes the need for increasing the capacity of existing routes, improving traffic management, using environmentally friendly transportation vehicles, and enhancing passenger safety and comfort. Additionally, the use of electric buses and the modernization of the city's infrastructure are recommended to ensure the sustainability of the public transportation system.
