In this paper, first we have obtained the parametric equations of dual hyperbolic and Lorentzian unit spheres (DHUS) H2+ 0 and (DLUS) S1 2 and then presented a method of determination of a developable time-like ruled surface. We have given an application about two-component Wadati-Konno-Ichikawa (WKI) equation. Inextensible flows of developable surfaces are given.
