Bu yazımızda karaciğerdeki metastatik lezyonlarından tru-cut ile biyopsisi tespit edilen primeri mesane tümörü ile uyumlu saptanan olgu sunuldu. Yaklaşık bir hafta sonra çoklu organ yetmezliği nedeniyle yaşamını kaybeden hastaya ileri tetkik ve tedavi yapılamadı. Bu sebeple erken tanı ve tedavi için metastatik karaciğer lezyonların ayırıcı tanılarında çok nadir de olsa primerin mesane tümörün olabileceği unutulmamalıdır.Bladder cancer is one of the most common cancers of the genitourinary system. It most commonly metastasizes to lymph nodes, lung, liver, bone and adrenal glands. Liver metastasis of bladder cancer, which is known to cause local invasion, is very rare. In this article, a case of metastatic lesions in the liver, whose biopsy was detected with tru-cut, was found to be compatible with a primary bladder tumor, is presented. After about a week, the patient died due to multi-organ failure. Further examination and treatment could not be performed.
