This group of teachers can believe in the capacities to cope successfully with stressful events that challenge the group as a whole. In this study, it has been examined that physical education teachers' collective efficacy. Data in this study were collected from a total number of 262 physical education teachers enrolled in different cities of Turkey using Collective Teachers Self-Efficacy Questionnaire. Results indicated that; physical education teachers have high level collective efficacy. In the study, significant differences in the term of gender and their sport branches have been observed. In addition with it was observed that there has been a significant positive correlation between the vocational experience and collective efficacy. © Sila Science.
