The core circuit, which shows the ac equivalent circuit, has only three MOS transistors. The proposed circuit has a very basic circuit structure and a small layout area. The main advantage of the proposed circuit, as compared to filters formed by the active and passive circuit elements, is the operating frequency range and also the cost. Using 0.35um AMS spice parameters, LTSpice simulations are performed. It is given that the simulation results are in harmony with the theoretical results.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessCurrent-Mode FiltersGate-To-Source CapacitanceLtspiceMOSFETTransconductanceMOS-Only current mode filter designConference Object10.1109/ICECET52533.2021.96985662-s2.0-85127029753
