As a result, ‘efficient’ and ‘smart’ use of technology and Internet environments transformed business to the fourth industrial revolution introducing the term ‘Industry 4.0'. In this study, in order to satisfy the needs of industry, the workforce of the future is discussed. Besides, in this global transformation, the role ‘Faculty Members 4.0' of the faculty in higher education to develop themselves for using Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Environments is analyzed.
