Bu çalışma altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; çalışmamızın amacı belirlenmiş ve problem tanıtılmıştır. İkinci bölümde; çalışmamızla ilgili literatür özetlenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; çalışmamız ile ilgili bazı temel kavramlar tanıtılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde; elemanları hiper-Lucas sayıları olarak seçilen maksimumlu veya minimumlu matrislerin determinantları, karakteristik polinomları, tersleri ve Hadamard tersleri ile ilgili elde edilen bulgular verilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde; dördüncü bölümdeki bulgularımızla ilgili bazı sayısal örnekler verilmiştir. Altıncı bölümde ise; sonuç ve öneriler verilmiştir.In this study, we have examinated the determinants, characteristic polynomials, inverses and Hadamard inverses of the matrices with maximum and minimum elements, which have been formed from hyper-Lucas numbers and we have obtained some results which depend on the hyper-Lucas Numbers. This study consists of six sections. In the first section; the purpose has been determined and the problem has been introduced. In the second section; the literatüre on the problem studied has been summariced. In the third section; some basic concepts related to our study have been introduced. In the fourth section; the obtained results related to the determinants, characteristic polynomials, inverses and Hadamard inverses of the maximum or minimum matrices selected as hyper-Lucas numbers elements have been given. In the fifth section; we have given some numerical examples related to our findings in the fourth section.
