Şehir hastanelerinde hasta memnuniyeti: bazı demografik değişkenlere göre Adana ili örneği

Abstract

Araştırmada, şehir hastanelerinde tedavi gören hastaların hasta memnuniyetlerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç çerçevesinde araştırmada tarama modeli tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Adana Şehir Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’ne gelen hastalar oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma örneklemini ise Adana Şehir Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’ne gelen hastalar arasında “Kolayda Örnekleme Yöntemi” kullanılarak belirlenen 341 hasta oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verilerini toplamak için “Hasta Memnuniyeti Anketi” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS 25 paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda analiz işlemine geçilmeden önce verilerin normal dağılım testi uygulanmış ve verilerin parametrik testlerin kullanımına uygun olduğuna karar verilmiştir. Verileri analiz etmek için frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma değerleri, Bağımsız Örneklemler t Testi ve Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda şehir hastanelerinde tedavi gören hastaların memnuniyetlerinin doktorların ilgisi, temizlik hizmetleri ve çalışanların ilgisi konularında yoğunlaştığı belirlenirken, şehir hastanelerinin büyük ve karmaşık olması, hastaneye giderken yaşanan ulaşım sıkıntıları ile araç park yerinde yaşanılan sıkıntı konularında ise hastaların memnuniyetsizliklerinin yoğunlaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmada Şehir hastanelerinde tedavi gören hastaların yaşları, eğitim durumları ve aylık gelir durumları ile hasta memnuniyetine ilişkin algıları arasında istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir farklılığın olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of the study was to determine the satisfaction of hospitalized patients in city hospitals. For this purpose, screening model was preferred in the research. The population of the study consists of patients who come to Adana City Hospital. The sample of the study consisted of 341 patients who were selected from the Adana City Hospital by using the Easy Sampling Method. The “Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire” was used to collect the research data. The data obtained from the study were analyzed with SPSS 25 package program. In accordance with the data obtained, normal distribution test was applied before the analysis process and it was decided that the data were suitable for the use of parametric tests. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation values, Independent Samples t-Test and OneWay ANOVA were used to analyze the data. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the satisfaction of the patients receiving treatment in city hospitals is concentrated on the interest of doctors, cleaning services and the interest of employees. In addition, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference between the age, education and monthly income of patients receiving treatment in city hospitals and their perceptions about patient satisfaction.
